    I already made a dispute about it. One of the admins replied that this has been happening. What I am talking about is that I share IPs with other estonians. I just used my phones internet to see which accounts will pop and I saw these.
    When I firstly tried to make my account (before I had one) it showed other names.

    To be fair, this is pretty common with Estonian accounts I've noticed.
