Looking to hire advertising bot farm operator

Hello. I'm in need of ingame advertising for a website I run. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to make accounts, deal with bans, fix errors, etc. Therefore, I'm looking for a partner(s) who will run the operation for me, in exchange for a daily fee.

You'll need to:

1. make the accounts
2. replace banned/muted accounts
3. keep as many advertisers online as possible
4. Be self sufficient. I probably won't have time to help much.

I don't care if you outsource it or whatever. I'm just paying per active account that's online in a given day.
