Account Creation

My oldest Runescape account I have to date is from March of 2003. I've been playing for over 12 years, but I quit when EOC and have recently came back. I am going to try something to see if it interests any of you. I enjoy creating accounts more then I enjoy actually playing so I'm going to offer a chance to you guys to do that. I have tons of accounts, but I will build these all from level 3 unless I already have. They will be pures, or skillers. Could you create an account for me with 75 attack with the attack quests for a gmauler completed, and with any strength level up to 60 maximum. Range at least 40 and mage can be anything. Has to be either 1 prayer or 15 prayer (priest in peril and restless ghost quests get 15)

 

post list of specific quests you want done so I know what other levels I'll need to get on the side of combat.
