How do vouches for services work

If let's say it's my service and I have worker A, B and C. And all three workers worked on an account since it was a long job (let's say 60-99str).

Do all three of them get vouches including me?(the head of service)

 

I've asked video about this, and he said it's the vouch of the worker that did it. Unless you have an agreement before hand that says all vouches obtained from the service are claimed as your's, the vouch belongs to the worker that completed the service.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but that's the last I knew of.

 

What about if 2 workers worked on it? Do they both get the vouch?

I'd be surprised if someone lets so many different IPs on his account to train it. Anyway, I don't see a problem if all 3 gets it as long as the buyer is aware. I mean there isn't much you can do if he says "Vouch for slashz, trained my account from 60-99".

 

That's true. Maybe something general like, Slash Services helped train my account 60-99.

But still need confirmation on whether I get the vouch or not while not working on the account. After all they are my workers, and are my responsibility if they scam, so I don't see why not.

 

Good question. When someone like R2Anne sells R2's gold, he gets the vouch because it is his gold after all. Skilling is something else and I'm curious where the line will be drawn.

 

I was told for my questing service, that my worker was trusted with the account, and if he did it, he gets the vouch. I assume the same would go for your service. They get the vouch if they did the work.

Now if it's split, or if there is more than one person, I think the vouch just goes towards the group itself, or the owner.

 

When I was working with UPS and GodGenesis, we would always tell the customer to include the names of everyone who worked on the order, and everyone would get the vouch. I'm also under the assumption that if you are the owner of the service, you get the vouch as well even if your name isn't mentioned in it.

when i skilled, i almost never logged on to the accounts myself, and i got the vouches. i would assume you can do the same since it's your service/you're hiring and organizing your workers. if people have a problem with this approach, feel free to say so, but i don't see anything wrong with it

 

But if i'm gaining the vouch, are the workers also allowed to put it up on their vouch thread?

When I worked for GodGenesis, the workers didn't get vouches, the person who owned the service did.

 

agreed with ghast. owner of the service gets them in my book. you can pm roary, firez, or govind if you really want an admin response

 

My stance has always been that the person who does the service can receive a vouch on their vouch thread and the general service thread can have a vouch posted on it's thread. The other users may not use this vouch on their vouch threads.
