This actually was really helpful and has definitely convinced me to start trading in bitcoins! I had no idea how easy it was?!
One thing I want to ask though, is how people get their bitcoins "hacked"? I've heard of people getting their BTC wallets hacked and losing all of their virtual currency..... Is this true/how do I prevent this from happening to myself?

 

Get a good password (try 14+ characters) with random letters/capitals/signs/numbers etc so it cannot be bruteforced.

Also get 2FA setup. This is important as you CANNOT chargeback BTC payments.

1. how much is one bitcoin worth? I have a paypal balance of 205 I want to transfer to bitcoin, does that equate to 205 bitcoins?
2. is circle.com free of any transaction fees. I don't want to pay a fee to transfer my paypal to bitcoin nor do I want to pay a fee when I send bitcoins

 

Circle has no fees. You cannot do PayPal -> BTC. You'll need to transfer it to your bank first, then to Circle. 1 bitcoin is approx. $410, so $205 would be 0.5 BTC.
