I rarely take the time to give a bad review of someone, but 309jmk had horrible customer service tonight and I'm pissed so I thought I'd share my experience. I had bought from 309jmk before, and everything went well. I came back this evening to buy more from him, and for some reason my IP had changed, and I pay as a guest with paypal as I am under 18. I don't even know how to change my IP. Immediately after I said I had been to the site before, 309jmk began to pressure me and he got really angry at me. There was no patience involved at all as at first he told me he had no stock, and then changed his mind and started to pressure me to link my forums account, after which, I told him to "chill out", I told him I would send him a copy of my receipt from my purchase a couple weeks ago. 309jmk turned salty and didn't give me the opportunity to send him a copy of my receipt from my last purchase. He claimed he "caught me in the act" of trying to screw him over, even though I was ready to make a purchase and had a copy of my ID ready. I was then banned from the site. He has a short fuse.

Anyways, the moral of the story: his customer service needs some work and I won't be back until he works on it or apologizes to me.
