KamasSil (main profile) didn't get a TWC

Assuming he just perm banned the alt profiles considering they were only used for fake vouching, but if they're only temped as well then they also need TWCs

Then you take a look at his Sythe vouches and the majority of them are all profiles that had no activity prior to or after vouching for him. One of them Torment94083 even matches the name he used to self vouch himself offsite.
