Trying to register

Hello there guys,

I'm not sure where else I can post this but when the error comes up this is the only page I can write on.

When I'm trying to register each time I input all the information and click confirm an error comes up saying there have already been usernames registered but they aren't even the name I am choosing?

Could this be because I am trying to register on my mobile?

Thanks a lot, any help is appreciated.
