Ban Appeal for Redgiant61

Hi,

I have been banned on Redgiant61 for scamming some years ago. In the spirit of full disclosure, I also own the account brandnew404, which I used for gold trades/buying accounts on sythe.

It has been a while since I have been banned, but please give me a chance and hear me out since I did not really scam anyone. The person I was accused of scamming, was from powerbot.

The following is part of the ban appeal that I posted on powerbot.

I was fairly reputable as redgiant61, with around 150 vouches on pb and sythe. I mostly stuck to the service section, which is where most of my vouches came from. Around the time I was banned, I had been on a 3 week vacation to europe (venice/nice/iceland). When I came back from the vacation, I had a ton of messages on skype calling me a scammer, my powerbot and sythe accounts were banned, and all three of my runescape accounts cleaned(with over 2b in cash and items). Same passwords on accounts/skype/powerbot. My first mistake.

At this point my first impulse was to appeal this ban, and tell everyone the truth, but I realized that I had scammed for over 300m and did not have any gp to pay it back with. I was low on funds due to my vacation and did not have $100-$150 to spend. This was around the time when my exams were going to start and I had to concentrate on studies, so I took this as a convenient opportunity to leave powerbot/sythe and runescape all together. My second mistake.

Now in 2015, I was back into runescape, and found myself back in powerbot. I looked over the service section(pb) and really wanted to come back again. I thought no one would remember me, and I could start a new service, fresh from the ground up and build up my reputation again. My third mistake. I joined Liam's service and since have done over 20 services for various people and have never scammed/hacked anyone.(This was all on powerbot. I did try and get into the service section on sythe, but never went through with it) I have always tried to be good to my customers and everyone on powerbot. Unfortunately, Karma caught upto me and sliske(mod on pb) was able to catch me and ban me for evading.


I completely understand that all these are my mistakes. I dint take responsibility for someone getting scammed because of my account. I tried to make extra accounts for ban evading to try and get back into the community. Im at fault for all of these. But please, i did not scam anyone ever. Even though Liam is probably furious at me, he can vouch for my attitude. I have never had any malicious intents with this account.

I apologize for my mistakes and am willing to pay back everyone I was accused of scamming. I ask the moderators reading this, to please consider what I have said here and excuse me for my behaviour. Please give me a second chance, and I will never make these mistakes again.

I dont think the hacker scammed anyone on sythe specifically, and request that the mods consider letting me come back to the community.

so it seems like this is really a pardon at heart because you've paid people back and tried to make amends. the ban evading isn't great but at least you didn't scam anyone on that brandnew404 account... anyway, can you reformat this post slightly (to fit the format shown in the sticky here: www.sythe.org/request-pardon/) and post it in that forum? i think we're past the dispute phase on this one
