I'm also fairly sure after someone told him he'd have to pardon last time he said he'd just keep making accounts unless he got un-banned (although I may have him confused with someone else.) Which means if this did in fact happen, he's lying about not knowing about requesting a pardon. Which doesn't surprise me as he's a chronic liar.

He's also claiming he's sorry for what he's done, but in fact he was banned for a number of times and kept asking for un-ban, only to end up scamming that user which he's linked in his pardon. He's also not shown any evidence of actually trying to contact the user, and committed a number of offenses including evading his temp ban and TWC evasion: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1809343-drunknhigh.html

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:

I ban evaded about 6 times. I never knew about the "Request a Pardon" form, I always went to dispute a ban or twc and they were always rejected. So I didn't know what else to do.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I scammed 250k from a user who is now banned. I was banned on my first account for fake vouches, it then got TWC. So I made a new one, now here we are. I'm sorry for what I did, it was scummy. I won't scam again and I won't falsify vouches. I haven't made an account in a few months now, and I would really love the chance to use the forums again.
