Was hacked

I've seen that I've been temp banned as a precaution because I was hacked. My Skype address on my profile was changed. Would a mod be able to re-enable my 2 factor verification (I turned it off a while back because it was annoying me) and unban me? I must have a key logger or something so I plan to restore my PC back to factory settings ASAP.
