This was added to his ban reason, not sure why he was banned again in the first place though.

 

Im so confused to the 54dicers situation they get banned , unbanned then banend again, im verry confused any mod wanna explain whats going on?

 

He was banned for ban evading.

54dicers was banned for not refunding a rank after he closed down his CC and allegedly reopened it without refunding money to the ranks he kicked due to it closing. Apparently he doesn't need to refund anyone since the clan that "reopened" is supposedly an impostor clan and he has nothing to do with it, meaning he hasn't reopened his clan and therefore doesn't need to refund anyone. I believe staff are keeping him banned in the meantime so that they can verify this. Also, near any ban is appealable just the success rates differ.

 

Even if 54dicers does reopen/keep it closed theres an easy loophole to abuse.

they bought a rank in a certain clan- if he doesnt want to refund all those ranks, all he has to do is put some half assed effort into rebuilding the clan for a few weeks and give those ranks ranks in that cc and boom, his agreement is satisfied, the only way he could remain banned that I can see is if he blatantly closed down and kicked all those ranks.


Regardless I would highly suspect to see him unbanned, theres several loopholes when it comes to rank buyins he could easily do and keep the money + get unbanned.


That's why gambling fc's are so risky when u buy-in tbh.

 

I was interested in join 54dycers till they told me it was 1.5b for 3 stripe lol Rank_Me is one of the owner/owners. He used to bet on me when I was in ddyce. I laughed and never came back.

 

Where did Porchmonkey go?

I remember he was caught ban evading, which was linked to numerous accounts that were banned unfortunately.

Does he have a pardon or anything?

He was honestly a cool guy.

EDIT: Also those interested in the 54dicers situation, he has made an unban appeal and it's now being discussed by the staff.

 

No he was a piece of shit who continued ban evading and scammed several more people, later on I also found more banned accounts of his pre-dating the ones that got him banned in the first place which showed that he's been around for the better part of a decade scamming people.

 

That guy was literally a straight up bum..

 

I had porchmonkey banned by video privately for a private report if anybody wanted to know-its quite an old situation.

I know, once I had him banned he scam quit I'm pretty sure he made a dispute which was denied.
