Dicing Issue

So i've been dicing strawsombrero today.
Over 90% of the rolls we did were "lowest out of 169 wins"

So im up 10m, then he agrees to don.
I type the bet and roll, the split second I click 'post' he messages me on skype saying 'wait, do out of 100'. Which is too late since i've clicked post already.
He checks over to see what I rolled and it's fairly low.
So he then goes on to complain and says my bet in invalid.
Been waiting 40 minutes now for him to roll.

As I told them on Skype, it's lowest out of 169 and they must roll.

 

Hard to tell what's going on since you guys aren't even following the dicing rules. He hasn't even called your bet as far as I'm concerned.

 

since mods don't like to respond and instant lock for one aparently as shin said you must follow rules i never agreed on the thread? apparently skype doesn't matter so therefore im not obligated to roll? as well as don't instant lock the threads so we can work it out.
