You're really beating a dead horse. If you truly expect his "actions as a moderated by sythe staff" due to this event then you either have amnesia or are more stupid than I thought (I feel like this has come out rude yet I just woke up and I can't think of another way to say it, I truly don't mean to offend here). Why would staff officially review and potentially remove one of their peers over a mistake so trivial in nature? Why would they remove one of their peers who has proven he can moderate well and has been given additional permissions because of that. It's not like there is the opportunity cost of resources, he's a volunteer doing a decent job. Strong disciplinary action for this blunder would be insanity. In the grand scheme of things... It is trivial. He didn't do enough, used wrong information, bla bla bla - that's all been established. The consequences of his actions weren't major. At the end of the day it's a learning experience for him as no one is perfect. I know I've made a couple of blunders during my time on staff and no doubt you had made your fair share too. I really do believe your continual blind, headstrong rambling in feedback is more driven by a personal vendetta rather than an actual call to justice. Don't get me wrong, I have my differences with bladebro - for reference I'm the latest post on his feedback thread critiquing his behaviour. At the end of the day you truly are beating a dead horse however in that respect. Accept the apology and move on with your life.

I can see how this can be mistaken for a request do demote him, absolutely. But those are not my intentions here rendering your arguments invalid as they are based on an incorrect,though understandable, but ultimately incorrect assumption that I want him demoted for his actions regarding to my banning, solely or otherwise.

All I know is what I have personally experienced and have heard from others. As stated in my feedback thread, this is not enough information to make an informed decision. I simply do not know whether he is a good moderator, I do not know whether he is a bad moderator, but I am concerned at this point and feel this should be addressed.

You go on to say I am most likely driven by a personal vendetta, and I must partially agree with you there. Though it is not driving me, it is the spark that ignited the fire. Without this incident, I probably wouldn't have looked into him. Would not have even realised what I personally think of him at this point in time.

I do not want to lose a good moderator, I do not want to keep on a bad moderator. All I'm asking for is feedback on his recent actions and on his decision to ban me, to be shared with the staff to be reviewed in a non-biased setting to come to the conclusion as to whether he is, or isn't, an asset to Sythe Staff.

 

At least I'm here to make mistakes and learn from them.
