Recklessman ban dispute

I have received a ban because of "Self Vouching" pro lp boosters.
I didnt even write a vouch for pro lp boosters and dont know who that is.
I have to tell you that I do log in from many public places such as the local internet cafe as well as the public library. This may be the reason why my username was in the ip with pro lp boosters.
Please help me get rid of this ban. My username is Recklessman.

denied. the ip match is conclusive. it doesn't show up as a public ip, and it matches your reg isp
