Jooker Ban Dispute

Making a new thread for additional info because I'm assuming my old thread was removed/not approved for lack of info. Kind of hard to know why I wasn't replied to when I don't get a reply...
Fair enough if you are still sifting through disputes but it looks as if disputes made after mine were answered before mine (and with less info than I provided).

The buyer is telling me he won't confirm that I've returned the account until I provide recovery information. This wasn't part of the deal and although I have no issues providing this information it seems to me that he doesn't have the grounds to determine how or when I get punished since he has the account back. I'm not unbanned and therefore have no incentive to give him such information. Returning the account should have been enough.
I will give him that info I just feel like if there's going to be a power struggle then why should I bother.
