Why does Norway have to be so good?

I just went on a demographics trail through wiki looking at different aspects of big problems facing countries and I swear to god Norway is on top of every damn thing. Has the highest HDI, some of the lowest Crime, lowest wealth distribution, less diseases then many other countries (no rabies etc), fair (and very well working) prison system, high GDP, the most happy people and the fairest democracy. No matter what you look at related to demographics it always ranks at the top. WHY ARE THEY SO FUCKING GOOD! Mind you, Australia ranks very close to Norway in many things (above UK, U.S etc)
