oldtimer07 ban dispute

I do not deny that the PA account is mine or that I use PA for advertising. I do deny scamming this user Spacely though. I think he may be a different user who did not get an account for the price he wanted or possibly another account sales competitor on PA. I don't know but the transaction never took place and he has no proof of this and never will. Please show me video proof of this. You can't, because it never took place!

A respond by SUPERFLUOUS in my report thread I would like to clarify on.

Yes I said that in the skype message. We do not mix PA transaction with our sythe interactions. Two different communities and that is why I said we do not use sythe, it was not meant to be a lie as it looks. What I really shouldve said was "sorry sir we do not use sythe or other outside communities concerning our PA transactions.

Please let me know if there is anything we can provide to speed this dispute forward.

Well you can refund him. Or you can show yourself giving him all the information like he asked.

He recently added proof of exchanging logins with you and meeting you ingame. If you have proof of him canceling out of a trade or something, that's another story, but unless you have that, this report is like 98% in his favor.

The reason we never made a trade with this person is because he was trying to pull a scam of sorts. In the chats you can see he told us in-game name was slightly different then the one he actually met us with in-game if you can provide the proof of him trading us with video or picture you will see this. Customers have tried to do this in the past and get the account and a refund. Once we saw his in-game character name was different from the name he posted to us through skype live chat we blocked and blacklisted his IP.
Also we have never had anyone report us like this, we expect this to be one our competitors on PA to go to these lengths to cause damage to our credibility.

Once we think someone is trying to scam or waste our time, yes we block and remove them.

Also don't you think what you just said a bit hypocritical?
You ban me without any real proof of scamming but you think I am.

We blacklist IPs and block skypes for same reason, if we think they are scamming.

But I told you, look at skype chat name he said and look at any video/picture evidence and you will see he tried to trade us with different ingame name.

 

I don't understand what is taking so long for a response to my dispute, highly unprofessional of the staff here.

 

it's taking so long because no one has anything to add. if you want to submit a pardon, feel free. but your disputes are denied. it's nothing personal (we deal with dozens of similar cases each day), i just don't believe your story for the aforementioned reasons
