Yetiking only has 2 IP addresses on his audit meaning the other one is his registration IP by default doesn't it?

If he's associated with Darknight (whose on the other IP) and one is his registration IP, which IP is supposed to be that of this alleged "hacker" ?

Hi there,
A while ago I was banned because my skype and paypal accounts got comprimised and the hacker decided to scam a user for $26. I am now in access of all the accounts again and have changed passwords + I have refunded the user here:
