requesting a pardon i was hacked

Hi there,
A while ago I was banned because my skype and paypal accounts got comprimised and the hacker decided to scam a user for $26. I am now in access of all the accounts again and have changed passwords + I have refunded the user here:

so i'm requesting an unban.

there's an ip match between op and the guy he's pardoning for, but its not on either of their reg ips. so yeah, what's your relation to him?

so darknight and yeti don't seem to be related. they're short-term roommates from what i can tell.
