anyone here watch anime? i need people to talk anime too, i watch naruto, tokyo ghoul, akame ga kill, parasyte, attack on titan, dragonball z, so far thats it but i want to watch many more, if you dont watch anime, why not? give it a try! and answer that question as to why not please but out of all those i highly recommend in said order 1. naruto [ ridiculously long, i love shippuden, please tell me your opinion on whats happening right now, and i read the manga so i know everything that is about to come up. these are quite short compared to naruto but pretty dope! 2. akame ga kill, i loved it soo much, short and so fucking sad i hated it 3.attack on titan, also dope and really sad 4.tokyo ghoul, this anime was pretty sick, but also very sad at the end of season 2 but really cool 5.parasyte- this was very sad too in the beginning but its pretty good overall 6. dragonball z, i watched it when i was young and i dont consider it anime even tho it is, but it would be up there with naruto^ anyway if you guys want my complete opinion on all of these, just ask, ask anything, lets get this anime thread started.
I loooove anime. LOL. It's the music and capturing of raw emotion for me. My favorites are the ones that are most "newby" anime watchers' favorites: Bleach - So damn good, best fights in any anime ever. Naruto - Really good for all audiences, sweet all around Attack on Titan - The style is somewhat like bleach, super intense and full of emotion Full-Metal-Alchemist - Really cool, but the ending is so so awful, wish I could delete it from my memory One Piece - Kiddy, but cool, watch when you have nothing else to do Fairy Tail - Very cool, but a little too kiddy I personally can't be a expert/avid anime guy because I don't like short stories. I can't do the 5-20 episode story lines. It's wayyy too short for me. I need something with depth and length.
Naruto, the early version isn't THAT great. But you kinda have to watch it to get to get the groundwork for the really great part: Naruto Shippuden It's worth it. I didn't much care for Naruto the original either.
Wish I actually had time to watch anime here and there, but unfortunately I don't... haven't really seen much for a while now, but some of my favorites are as follows: Angel Beats SAO Noragami Kyoukai no Kanata The Garden of Words 5 Centimeters per Second Hyouka and................. Kiss x Sis for shits and giggles.
I'd say this probably belongs here http://www.sythe.org/movies-television/ But to respond to your post, in reference to Naruto Shippuden: It has become absolute shit. I have also read the entire manga and was completely caught up to the anime show, but wtf is going on with these fillers? How many months have these shit fillers been going on. The creators are trying to milk it for more than it's worth. I understand people don't want it to end, but this is way too much imho. I would have had more respect for it if they just continued it and ended it nicely. They haven't even nearly finished the war and Madara is still alive in the anime, wtf. I was a die hard Naruto Shippuden fan, but this is too much. I would however definitely 100% recommend someone to watch it if they are interested in an anime as it is amazing to watch from the start, and once they catch up it will probably be over considering it's at over 400 episodes atm.
But the animes that are short are the most good ones, granted it sucks because it ends but its just something good to watch, and it might become one of those lengthy animes someday who knows, it all has to start somewhere hm how far did you get? the fillers right now are ridiculous, unfortunately its a long wait but its going to be worth it, theres so much epic shit about to happen like i cant even wait , i also happened to see the movie that came out for naruto and it was pretty decent, i just hate all the fillers atm cause they really are milking the shit out of it
