Bloodsbro Ban Dispute

So I've been away from Runescape and gold for a while.. In fact a lot of Irl deaths happend in the past couple of years... But my Sythe account was banned....

As my account is listed there... Also my email was changed... Which is odd because I don't ever remember changing it unless I registered it with another one or it got changed...


Anyways how much do I owe who ever got scammed?
