[R] - [swap stand] requesting a pardon for [not refunding a cc scam/evading.]

Report/post/reason that got you banned: it was 6 months ago one of my ranks in a swapping fc scammed another and i was reported for it the fc was "gp stand" i refunded him like 80% of it but have been trying to contact him since and i can't i would love if someone can help me find him anyway.
Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: i dont even remember his/ her sythe name i belive they do not even use it anymore
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: evading i kept making new accounts after that ban i didnt know pardons existed.
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: well first of all i didnt scam second of all it was a rank who scammed another rank and i was broke atm still refunded almost most of it but shit happened and i lost contact with the person i would love to be able to refund him fully if anyone can find him for me i dont even remember user name it was super something i dont remember. and can my original account be unbanned "gp stand" if pardon is accepted, thank you for reading this.

got into contact with super and refunded him 100%

 

i can confirm the user did refund me the 170m rs3 equivalent that i was owed for a year

but you should also pay back this guy: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1663024-gp-stand-scammer.html and anyone else you scammed (if anyone?). also, you're evading a ban, so this account has to be banned

make a new thread once you've contacted the guy and waited the appropriate length of time
