Confusing Ban - Appealing Part 2

I was banned for this thread supposedly >>>>http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007-cheating/1828713-dreambot.html. The moderator that banned, Superfluous, is a moderator for the Off-topic and Market section of the Sythe forums, yet he banned me from a different section he is not a moderator in >>>http://gyazo.com/700220d5f81f945bbff752c1ff81f381. Also, to my defence of his claims, I do not affiliate with Nebraska in any way, nor him to me, and Nebraska is not a part of my advertising, nor is my account related to his in any way, shape, or form. If what Superfluous banned me for is true, then anyone posting in any thread should be banned because they had the same intentions............
Also, I am not affiliated with the DreamBot account user that scammed and he was a part of our ADVERTISING TEAM, he is permanently banned from the community.

You've both posted almost verbatim threads advertising the same thing. People don't just do that because they love a product and want to share it with the world. And, if your accounts are set up to do the same thing and vouch for each other, I think that constitutes self-vouching. Just wait out the two-week ban and move on imo.

Will leave this open for other opinions, but that's where I stand
