For Woodcutting, I recommend Ivy. Crystal Trees may yield better experience, however in Priff, Ivy comes close - I would know; 200M WC XP. For Fishing, I did about 100M+ XP off Rocktails.. you make some decent money for being so AFK there and the experience rates are not too awful. For Agility, do the Advanced Gnome with some Silverhawks. Slayer is tolerable with your favorite class and T70 Armor plus T75 weapon(s) - repairing blows. For Hunter, do the Jadinkos with maybe some BXP from Heist - extremely quick. Finally, Divination is straightforward. Continue at the highest crater your level can access until you get to 99.

livid farm would take you longer than the bon weekend, lets put it that way

 

Fish/wc - consider doing both through C2 to save yourself some hours.
Hunt - grenwalls / div- cache, perhaps consider using the 20 minute boost afterwardsdepending on how fast you can get the other skills
consider doing agility through silverhawks for when you spend time on woodcutting/hunter - prices of feathers are dropped,[if you have them].
Slay not sure about all rates, but check out dreyris slayer spreadsheet or any other up-to-date one, they give a good idea on the maximum possible achievable rates.

Stealing creation bonus xp rates vary on if youre using The fc "fast sc" or if you're going to be boosting with other players, boosting can get you up to 500k bxp/hr - on the double minigame, fast sc can get you 220k bxp/hr.
Using the FC is not a bannable method, whereas boosting with other players to win fast games is.

Oh and also , to reply to the aforementioned comment on how livid farm will take you the whole minigame weekend - it wont in the slightest.
If you want to miss out on SC bonuses, and spend 20-30 hours doing the livid farm requirement you can do that.
just look up a guide on how to do it as quick as possible.

Those are some awful tips - rocktails is only slightly worth it if you are using SC Bxp have no other afkable skills, and are using skillchompas.
WC ivy - even with vos its less xp/hr, so if you did 200m you mustve done loads of hours without VOS, but..yeah, Crystal trees are on the same level ofhow afk they are.

 

I swear livid farm is 80hours work from 0 points. unless you literally play the whole weekend you will struggle to complete livid farm as for the guy saying to check the fastest way.. points are capped per round as im sure everyone knows. So there is no single 'fast' way

 

double minigame weekend means that livid farm offers 2x points/hr
so it will only take 40 hours, and even that is slightly wrong, it can be done faster with quick hopping [ they nerfed it a bit but it still reduces up to 8 hours]
So yeah, you can get 3.4m bxp in fish / do that livid farm spell provided you put the hours in.

91-99 fish
83-99 agi
85-99 slay
80-99 hunt
84-99 div

Wc = Crystals
Fish = Barb fishing / C2 fishing / Rocktails (If you want to have something to afk. Get this before agil if you do barb fishing.
Agil = Run hefin course for an hour when VOS is on. Use perfect jujus from the GE. SHB optional but you could save a lot of money by not using them.
Slay = Slay @ Prif
Hunt = Draconic jadinkos (You can buy pots off GE now) or Grenwals if you do the big chin minigame.
Div = Cache. Only train manually if it's your last 99.

Do SC for fish. SC for wc optional (about the same xp/hr, give or take a few thousand).

So your plan is fine IMO.
