I must be able to have atleast 5 clients working at a time, so the script should preferable work on a bot which I don't have to pay for VIP, like TopBot or Simba.

I am willing to pay $50 for it.

Terms of service: I need the guarantee from the scripter that this script will get me atleast 100 accounts past the 24h limit. If they keep getting banned and the script can't bypass 100 accounts (in total), a refund would be given or the scripter must improve the script until the 100 accounts mark is reached. After reaching such amount, the purchase will be considered amortized and the scripter will no longer have to provide support.
