An odd conversation

This user has several questing/skilling for free threads, but I noticed someone had commented on his thread stating he copied his whole thread. I would assume that someone who wants to build their reputation would make an original thread but he pretty much copied everything for himself. Not whether I should call him a potential scammer or have his thread reported for blatantly copying someone else's thread which he denies doing so in skype.
