Gamescape123 Scammer

Story: I was renting his maxed main. However I saw I clicked accepted and the guy scammed me, so I x-logged before the duel starts (so you keep your money). But when logging back on, I still had time left but the password was changed. He never gave back the 10m on the account. He says he did, but he has no proof. He scammed my 10m (plus 2.5m deposit for the tentacle whip that was never REFUNDED as promised!). I logged on to a different skype after he deleted me so that I could gather more evidence against him.
