Scam occured: March 29th, 2015. Decided to post a scam report now as he finally made a sythe account and is going to continue to scam people. I really want him to be banned or else more people will be scammed by him.

Explain the service: 2 weeks ago, I did a service for him, 1-63 hunter on RS07. We agreed that he could pay in increments. He paid 2m upfront, we also bought a bond for him. After we got to 63 hunter, I bought him another bond as he said he would pay for it in RS07. When I went to trade him the bond, he deleted me and my partner, RsLeet off of skype.

Skype profile ID & conversation pictures: He has multiple Skype's under VPNs. I'll post 2 of the accounts, as those two accounts were the main two accounts I messaged him on (Mark Johnson was after he deleted me on Jim P, he tried to request another service)
Proof that the service was not completed: We did the service, service was completed, he deleted both me and my partner off skype and did not pay the second half of the money. (Account finished here: )

In the end, he scammed us 2 bonds + 2m RS07 (The second half was not paid.) I request no refund, I just request him being banned.

On the side note, Since I am a Cora Dyce host, he has also been at Cora Dyce, he has been banned there for a long time for scamming there as well, he went under the name Messssi (whichever how many s's as he altered them.)
