    I often just ask friends to help me out. Have them set up a buy offer for 4000 or something. Get a few friends to do this and you'll have all your materials in no time.

    If you don't really speak to people on Runescape, it's pretty difficult though. Nobody trusts you and everyone thinks its a scam.

    Could try the runescape forums on the market sections not sure how it is for herb specifically but in general there are always people selling things in bulk well in excess of the ge buy limits
