Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I had scammed an account from the user which was recovered the same day.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Around 5 years ago I scammed zdubstepx for his runescape account. He was willing to go first and I was highly immature for my age at the time. I decided that I would give into my greed and scam him knowing what risks were involved. The account was then recovered the same day and I was banned.
As the years have past I fully regret my decision to scam as being a member on sythe is a lot more valuable then a runescape account.
One day my static IP was reset so I decided it was a perfect opportunity to rejoin sythe. I created an account and went on with my business. I did some trades and opened a bond shop. Shortly after it was found that I was evading and I was banned.
Around 1 year ago I created a new account to use minimally for when I needed to purchase a service off someone on sythe. I made a few gold purchasing and some graphics purchases, but nothing more. My last involvement with sythe was around 5 months ago were I had a dispute against Ayy.

I regret my decision I made years ago and hope to one day rejoin the sythe community. I realize that ban evasion is something that should not be done, but I hope you guys can overlook it as I have changed my trading habits and have not been involved in scams of any sort on any account I evaded with. I realize that the decision is not mine and hopefully my actions can be forgiven. In the end I will respect the decision that the sythe moderators come to.
