Summary:

I really don't know what I did, neither do I know how I scammed or "ban evaded".This has happened to me in the past before, but someone got a hold of my account and got me banned by selling runescape gold if I remember, or maybe another game currency. Anyway I really don't know how this one happened, and i would like my account back.

This has happened more than once, not your first time ban evading. You'll have to pardon and make sure you've repaid any victims of any scams.
