Cant register

Hi, I'm trying to register on sythe, but the website won't let me. It says there are already several accounts on my ip. I'm using the internet from my university as they have their own system. I think this is why I can't register, other people using the internet from uni have already made accounts on sythe.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
