Anyone can add whoever they want in a reply, but putting random scammers on the list kind of ruins the point of the thread. Preferably only somewhat prominent community members, well known market members, or people whose bans drew a lot of attention from the community. Same with un-bans.
Green = Now un-banned.
Bans:
1. King Tijn 2 - Presumably hacked, hacker scammed multiple users.
2. Kenpen - Returned out of nowhere with new contact info and began MMing, ended up scamming multiple users. Believedly hacked.
3. Astrola - Repeated security issues among other things, liabilities which have put other members of sythe at risk time and again, as well as others.
4. Bus369 - Fake vouches, blackhat, later admitted to other things in pardon attempt.
5. Vegeta508 - Phishing
6. Amazon King - Ban evading (Cash Zach/King Gosu/Too many to count)
7. Tazmanian Pka - 1 Month for posting Bleuskittle's personal information
8. Dom Mazzetti - DDoSing RSBlue's website
9. King Neuro - Hacked, hacker scammed people.
10. Steingraber - Allegedly hacked, account was used to scam people.
11. Diamondstarfall - Allegedly hacked, account was used to scam people.

7. Bogla_Man_Toilet and workers - Un-banned after proven not in the wrong on account renting "scams" and everything was worked out
8. Chloecat - Unbanned after account recovery was worked out
9. 88jayto - Given benefit of the doubt on ban evasion accusation
10. Grave - Dispute regarding proxies solved
11. Artur818 - User he was accused of being was a family member
12. GodGenesis - Refunded hacking victims
13. Hattez - Refunded hacking victims

15. YousuckV2 (X2) - Pardoned for ban evasion/being pserver staff in 2012 and again for blackhat
16. Jatha - Pardoned for having owed Lalapo 500m and 100$ or something similar in amount
17. Deathsnova - Pardoned for 'scam' regarding name sales
18. FishFishy - Was hacked, regained control of his profile.
19. Ix Syed Xi - Was not involved (?) with what B1b had done as originally thought
20. Sellinanbuyinrsgold - Pardoned for stringed ban evasion / selling products that were not his.
21. Busta305 - Money owed to Pink_Clay was paid on his behalf by Arcus
22. Time To Buy - Got his email hacking/etc. sorted out
23. Osmium - Paid back victims from when he was hacked
24. YoungBuck- - Pardoned after issue regarding his questing service
25. Rs3hot - Un-banned by Sythe after their fraudulent claims were removed from their advertisments
