Reason:

Says account was recovered after he charged back and he only canceled the chargeback after the account was recovered.. Seems more than anything like Lcpl Rolla is admitting to trying to scam/chargeback Weekly Raffle.. Not that it makes what Weekly Raffle did right (if he even did recover said account, although this would be rather justified since Lcpl seems to have chargebacked first.) But it seems like Lcpl Rolla just admitted to scamming/attempting to scam and is now upset that the person he tried scamming won't refund him lol..
