Hey,

I had an authenticator on the account "iSephful" but when i reset my phone the authenticator didn't keep sythe on the app so I can't get back into it. I've emailed you at [email protected] but I got no reply. I'm willing to provide as much information as possible to get it back. Thanks :)

The only option for 2f'd users without SVU is to email [email protected] - try sending it again. If you get no response, you likely don't have enough information to recover your account and will have to make a new one.
