What do I offer? 

I offer Melee Powerleveling with maximum efficiency and maximum experience for your account according to your stats. This will be done through Nightmare Zone using Rock Cake, Overloads and Absorption Potions (or Prayer Potions), and Pray flicking rapid heal every minute to stay at 1 hp. I also have my own host so there are no additional costs for hosting.

Requirements?

Quest Requirements:
Recipe for Disaster Part 2: Dwarf (for Rock Cake)
Fight Arena
Lost City
The Grand Tree OR Mountain Daughter
Tree Gnome Village
Vampire Slayer

Stat Requirements:
For Pures: 50/60/1+
Other: Preferably 50/50/50+
43+ Prayer (Needed to initially get Overloads and Absorps. Lower Prayer farming for pots will be discussed over skype)

Gear Setups:
What gear you would like to use will be discussed over Skype mainly.
You will need to provide your own gear for the service UNLESS you are extremely trusted.
Recommended: Dharoks>Staff of Dead>Saradomin Sword> Whip

Payments and Leveling Pricing:
All payments will be done via 07GP or RS3GP (With an exchange rate of 1:7)
There is no way to post a definitive price range for levels, but I can always quote you on your requests.
As my service is new, we can use an MM to hold the payment and deposit for any gear you leave.

ToS:
If you require to cancel the service during the service, you will only receive a fair, partial refund, which will be determined by how much progress I have made. (Amount divided by the total xp, then subtracting the progress made.
You may only change the password after informing me.
I am not responsible for any bans (or mutes) The only way either of these can occur is from your past actions. There will be NO refund if a ban occurs.
You must wait and request permission to log in while the service is being done, even if I am offline.
I take no responsibility if anything happens to your account after the service.
