Uplifting my ban

Hi,

Prestory: I got hacked months ago, paid back all the victims except 1 being oldschool__gg

I'm going to get straight to the point, the last person that had to be paid back by me was oldschool__gg for aprrox ~150$.
Me and the victim had our differences (and we still do) but he's agreed to an unban under certain terms:

-1 month unban period in which i have to pay back as much of the debt as possible, all my sythe revenue will go to him.
If after a month i haven't paid back enough in his eyes, i get banned again.

Why this arrangement?
With me having a steady job now, i can pay for my irl expenses but that's about it, letting me back to sythe would highly increase the speed at which he would be paid back.

Why should you let me back on sythe?
I personally believe i've never been a danger to anyone on sythe, i've never scammed and i never will and i believe certain people could and would vouch for that. The reason behind me getting hacked was an old rsps database leak. I will activate 2Fa upon unban to keep my account safe.

Confirming that I've talked to the victims and he's laid out some ground rules. He would like to be paid by January 1st and if he isn't he'd like then to reevaluate whether a new ban should be laid. Looking for second opinions on this,

 

Honestly dude, I like you, but this took WAY too long to get sorted.
You told me a couple times you had the money, or had some of it, but didn't feel like refunding him.

I don't think you are a danger to the community at all, but you have to admit this is ridiculous.

i never claimed i had the money and just didn't want to pay.

I told you that sythe wasn't my priority at that moment.
I had irl bills and fines to pay to not face legal issues, i'm sure you understand that was more important in this situation, i never claimed i wouldn't pay him and admitted my reaction at the time was immature but i'm only human, he had pissed me of plenty of times (and im sure i pissed him off too). Me and the victim don't get along and we don't have to, with this arrangement i could repay him way way quicker without doubt and get this all over with.

Agreed, I don't see 75 Def as a threat to the community and if he were to come back the debt would be paid off quicker.
