Cs:Go discussion section

Basically self explanatory, I think cs:go needs it's own discussion thread in with "Other game discussions".

There is also tournaments, operations coming out, new skins being released, case openings happening; tons to discuss and talk about. I believe with a discussion section for cs:go we may also attract some more people to the site for steam related trades, the cs:go is constantly growing as the community around it for betting/trading skins is growing rapidly.

 

Sure, that'd be nice. A thread/sticky could be made to discuss bets, why or why not you're betting on a team. Or if you'd just like to give your opinion from recent matches you've watched.

I'm guessing the recent LDLC vs Fnatic controversy inspired this suggestion?

Other Games Discussion with just League of Legends in it...

The sticky was my second suggestion, betting odds, you could put screenshots to winnings/big bets ect..

Being able to have a seperate section I believe it will pull far more activity then the LoL section after a short while.

 

CS:GO scene is growing a lot. Market for cs:go will increase, should have it's own section.

no support from this. It should be used where it already is which is general gaming. League is known to be the biggest PC game as of right now and it should still be there as it has more activity than any CS:go discussion from Gaming General which is why I wouln't vote for this to occur.

 

Just make a csgo thread in the other games even I don't think the lol section is not very active

I see two CS:GO Threads that haven't even been posted on in 4 days, everything else is from other games but the front page ranges back to like a week.

There's really no need for it at all, but I'm open to a bit more discussion.

 

It's cause there is no direction, I would never post a cs:go discussion thread in gaming discussion but I guess that's me.
I am largely into the cs:go community and even the trading aspects of it I felt like having it's own discussion section might bring more members here to join the forums.

This game actually has a huge market too, maybe a discussion section that is active will draw more people towards the market as well.

Exactly what I think, the cs:go market on reddit, and csgl his growing hugely. The more teams participating in events, the more bets csgl is allowing, the more hltv and streams are opening up with "professional" broadcasts of these matches..
The amount of trades I get now for runescape-cs:go or cs:go-runescape is increasing all the time with new users, I just figured the section could help bring discussion and more cs:go players.

 

I'm all for creating new sections if it could increase forum activity, however this seems like a similar case to this, until there is really an overwhelming amount of cs:go threads in the gaming discussion section, there isn't really a point.

 

Wasn't there a CS section like in 2009 and it got deleted after 1 week?

 

I can't support this, even as a CS player/streamer. There's just not enough discussion points to warrant a section.
