Was just posting on a thread there to find myself promptly banned, and don't really get why?

Firstly, I have never heard of any of the people on my IP audit and don't know why they are there. I seem to have been banned for a link to wispahglow who again, I have never heard of.
secondly, I thought an IP audit wasn't enough to merit a ban? Don't get why I would be banned even if I was these people on my audit thing. Nofear posted the thread on me being a ban evader in an attempt to blackmail me to remove my thread about him. (which can be found in the archiever) It had no substance lol.
I was posting from my home earlier today, and am now using a proxy to post this, I think i've used a proxy a couple of times before at college here but can't really remember.. so yeah.
