I posted a thread here a week ago, asking for a Global+ to add me on Skype to help me out. The thread has not even been confirmed/looked at.

I'm simply asking for a Global+ to contact me so we can change the password of the Sythe account, as the hacker still knows the password of it. After that, I can provide a virus scan, proving I am now okay.

Entrr will be on it in 10/15 to check it all out and submit the recov req. Then you can change the pw when you get access.

 

Was it simply your skype that was hacked or was your sythe account hacked aswell? I don't see any ips that would suggest a breach of security on sythe.

 

I physically dont have Skype/pc access at the moment til probably thursday which is why I asked Entrr to try and contact you there and check out the ip's and make sure we're dealing with you.

I'm sorry for the long, laborious process here: but I'm trying to get this and other things done as best as possible which is tricky without the PC.

I cannot actually locate any posts made by your hacker nor can I locate the ip used but I can say with a fair bit of confidence that you are the original owner. Requesting your unban/password reset.

 

I'm apparently unbanned on Sythe, but my old password isn't working(Glad it isn't, hacker knows it still), but I have received no email informing me about my new password.

It's been three weeks and um, I'm basically tired at this stage. This might as well prove how valuable Sythe members are to you guys.

Entrr started handling this two weeks in after I made the Recovery request. He's been trying his best since two days after that, however, that doesn't make up for the tedious long wait I've been waiting and am waiting right now.

This time I won't even bother saying thanks

I've checked my spam folder multiple times in the past two weeks I was told it was sent. I quickly replied I did not receive it. I gave Entrr two emails. The first he declined saying it was linked to my Sythe account, but accepted the one I gave next. He said he gave both to you. This occurred between nine to twelve days ago.

So:

One you are acting innocent since you forgot all about this and the email was not sent.

Or

Two the email was sent to the wrong address and no mod made sure to contact me asking if everything went fine. I SAID to Entrr I did not receive it within the next day it was "sent", and he reportedly messaged you, asking to re-send it. Which was obviously not done.

To get to the point: Stop with all the acts; it's been 27 days.

 

OR: The email system is down again.

I sent the email when I got the PM. I agree this is shoddy support and I apologise but I'm trying to sort it as we speak. I'll resend the email now.
