    I'm not sure what he's trying to say here, he told me the quest would be done within the hour he admits to not completing the quest. He made 0 effort to refund me or even reply to me on Skype. It seems pretty clear cut to me he admits to not completing the quest, I've provided proof that I've paid for the uncompleted service and I'm also meant to believe he wasn't the one to hack me?

    Why should the word of a scammer be trusted and him left unbanned when he's yet to even refund me for the quest!
