Hi,Ii got a banned 8/5/2012 for self vouching for logging on a friends acc who vouched me so there was a ip connection between the two (even though I didn't physically post the vouch myself) and faced the 3 month ban, got unbanned 11/5/2012, then for over a year after that I didn't have a twc and had a mm service for that time, did a few mms like these -

Then after a year of no wrongdoing, someone tried reporting me for the same vouch that I had been banned for the first time since I never removed it from my thread, I wasn't banned but since roary never saw me getting a TWC right after I had been unbanned (11/5/2012) so he gave me a TWC (11/13/2013) for what I had been unbanned over a year before, and even after doing all the MM work in between and clearly not scamming I was still given it purely since I never got it when I was supposed to. Now it's almost 2 years since getting unbanned for self vouching, and a year with the TWC that I should of never gotten.

Here are some vouches I got as well during the TWC:

vouch, bought some elo boosting off me.

here are the vouches I got after the "self vouch" - If the idea of a self vouch is to scam someone, showing that I had that option to scam many times in trades after but didn't and had them go successful should show I didn't "self vouch" in the intent to scam users but merely to become more trusted.

I've been dealing with him closely for the past couple weeks and have grown quite fond of him He is a great guy, and I know he is very eager to get involved with the Sythe community and build a reputation for himself. I have no doubt that he will succeed greatly at whatever he pursues here on Sythe.org. Plenty of MM experience on other sites as well, so if you need a free and reliable MM, Phillip is your guy!

I hope this shows the only reason I told my friend to vouch me was purely out of me wanting to become trusted faster since I was very impatient at the time, not because I had the intent of scamming which has been shown pretty clearly.

Can someone tell me a clear reason for a TWC and what it's meant to do/show? If it's meant to show you don't scam how does the 1 year I didn't have the TWC (when I was supposed to have it) where I MM'd for trades over 150m where I could've just ran away but didn't show I have no intentions of scamming. I still do not understand why I have this.

Can you explain why I received it from you in the first place? You gave me it a year ago when someone reported me for the same thing I had already been banned a year before that (2 years ago) and served out my 3 month ban for it, then I came back and was around for about 9 months where I did not have a TWC and didn't do anything wrong, why wouldn't I just have scammed in that 9 months when I didn't have a TWC if scamming was my intention, but instead I did MM's and didn't get into trouble ever. Isn't there some sort of statute of limitation if I was around for a year after my ban and didn't have a TWC to just have it tacked on after that for no reason?

I'm just curious how the trades I MM'd for while I was unbanned don't give you enough of a reason for me not to deserve the TWC? If I didn't scam then when I was supposed to have the TWC and didn't why would I do it after? If that was my intention I had a clear opportunity.
