Wrongly banned

The user who created this thread recovered his account as on the gmail there was a Netherlands phone number linked to it, he probably pressed forget password and recovered his details to his Pocket Legends account.

I then cancelled the payment and started swearing because he'd recovered his account and started threatening me saying he would contact IC3.

I think this ban is unfair, as it don't own the account and you can ask Infernus the MM to prove that there was a Netherlands phone number on there, which is the guy who scammed me.

He should be banned, not me.

 

You should report the user and have them banned first, so as to make it clear to us that you're not scamming them.

Do you happen to have any proof in your favour?

No he's lying, basically I found out and he knew he'd be fucked if he didn't cough up. I saw that he'd recovered it and contacted gmail, also could you just check that his IP and tell me if it starts with 176.

Because, I had an email from the game saying someone tried to login etc, anyway he's had it all along.

Hi, it's rspsmarketplace and that kids had it all along, I charge backed when I couldn't log in. Also, funnily enough to ring Google takes under 5 minutes, and they'll change the recovery email, which means it was him behind it all.
