Dispute a ban

I do not know what zavii has posted concerning his desire to have me banned, but there are two sides to every story and mine should be heard.

I logged onto skype today and he messaged me and our conversation is below: all emails are blacked out for privacy reasons.

As you can see, I still helped him out and he never lost anything.
If I did what he was saying, there is literally no logic behind any of it.. Why would I return to him and help him after I scammed him.. What gain would I have? His chargeback won't be successful seeing as Paypal looks for patterns, account details, previous charges and the fact that in his payment to me, he authorized himself.

I'm not buying the whole brother thing and even if that was the case you'd still be held responsible. As for him charging back the money and keeping the account I'd say if he doesn't give you one or the other then it's considered scamming and you'll need to include valid proof of him getting his money back and keeping the account.

You're not getting unbanned through a dispute though, you'll have to request a pardon.
