[DAVE] Ban Appeal

I just joined this site and was taking a look at some random threads and found a clear case of unfair banning.

You banned an account: addictedtoneo (guilty)
And you banned an account: pro dragon (innocent)

What I find interesting is that you seemed to listen to addictedtoneo to ban someone while the only proof that there was anything wrong was that there was a chat from the steam account that addictedtoneo had purchased with a blank account. Addictedtoneo is a known scammer (as he is banned now)... Couldn't he have easily just faked it, since he had access to the account after buying it?

Additionally a site mod noticed this here.

I know this is kinda random and it happened a long time ago - I'm just trying to be a good community member since I am new.

 

And additionally, the person addictedtoneo tried to report the account pro dragon without any evidence and was rejected here.

Also, from the official rules: "Accusing Someone of Scamming Without Proof:Chat logs do not count as proof"

The only evidence used is chat logs.
