Proof of contact(or lack thereof) The incident in question took place over 3 years ago. The name that I had sniped has been deleted by Jagex, there is no way to return the stolen goods. I haven't spoken to the victim in over 2 years, but we were on good terms since we last spoke, I have no proof of this however.



Past Confessions -
I have ban evaded in the past, I've been banned for these evasions, the last one being almost exactly 1 year ago.



When I was banned for sniping the display name that I did, I attempted to justify taking property that belonged to somebody else, by saying it didn't belong to him. Jagex owns display names, not the players, and this was my argument. What this argument lacked, however, was empathy for the person on the other side of the screen involved in the conflict. The black and white aspects of it don't take the place of the victim of a scam and how it affected them.

I've made amends with the person in question, but have not made contact with him in over 2 years. The display name in question '6', was deleted from the game in 2012. Nobody has had access to this display name since. His Sythe account was banned shortly after mine, making contact a bit more difficult. I've ban evaded in the past, but I've moved on from this. I've decided that I truly want to come back to Sythe if Sythe's admins will allow me to do so. I just want to be a part of the Sythe community once again, I don't intend to trade for a very long time, if at all.

I believe I deserve to be forgiven because in 3 the years and 6 months or so that I've had since the name sniping taking place, I have matured on a personal level. I have more respect for others and not just myself. Lastly, I believe I can be of positive influence to the Sythe community, even though I've had reputation damaging circumstance. With this being said, I'm not going to write anymore of a huge wall of nope. I will take the decision at face value, and will respect your decision(s) regardless of outcome.
