BUYING SOULSPLIT GP
Im interested in buying Soulsplit gold.
I don't play RS EOC or 07 so my preferred payment method is paypal.
I would like to buy anywhere from 500m-20B
Prices should and will be negotiable (I don't low ball, nor will i accept over paying)
I'd be willing to go first ONLY to those who are staff and/or have sufficient reputable vouches.
Under the circumstances for individuals who do not meet the above criteria needed for me to go first, i am still willing to conduct safe and fair business with you because i understand that not everyone makes it their top priority to have a high post count or vouch page and maybe your like me and your just only here to do business, then enjoy your time playing a server with your newly purchased riches.
My Paypal is verified, therefore i care about it's reputation.

Which is why i am ok with doing trades in increments.
As well as using a Verified Middle Man that we both can agree on.
