I showed proof of me buying Czech and offered a screeny if the trade screen and still haven't seen a reply. Just wondering what happened?

 

So, the name was sniped from a user, you bought it, and then you re-sold it, correct?

Also, what user did you purchase the name from? Or did they really not have a Sythe account?

 

Well, without the person being a Sythe user, they could have sniped the name.
In addition, you could have had that Skype conversation with anyone.

In my opinion, I think the best way to handle this is returning the name to the original owner.

Open to other Staff opinion(s).

It displays differently on Macintosh, and the entire conversation is listed from when the users added each other.

 

Since the user who lost the username is currently banned for being a scammer/hacker, I think it would be best if you posted a pardon instead.

Due to their actions, I don't believe you are required to return the name, but you will need to pardon for your actions.

 

You ban evaded during the time of this dispute.

In addition, the proof you provided of buying the name could have been with anyone.
