So I used to weigh 360 pounds, I dropped down to 220, now I'm back up to about 250. When I lost the weight, I had a lot of loose skin left over on my stomach, that was over a year ago and it's starting to go away slowly but surely. I was stuck at 220 for months even though I continued to lift and eat healthy, for some reason I could not get below 220. I'm going to start dropping weight again, but I need advice on the best workouts to lose body fat that I can incorporate into my lifting routine, what's a good caloric intake to get down to about 190-200? I think my bf% is like 24%, not really sure though, I want to get down to about 12-15%. Thanks.

Also, I'm 6'2 and have a decent body frame as it is.

UPDATE, going to turn this into a progress thread, here is the starting day's pictures. Every week I'll post new ones.
